Jorc Industrial Catalog - (Page 69) SERVICE KITS SERVICE KIT MAG-11 The MAG-11 servicing work consists of shutting the unit off with a ball valve and then depressurizing the unit. The MAG-11 remains hooked-up while the servicing work is being performed. There is no need to shut the filter off from the compressed air line. SERVICING THE POD The POD servicing work consists of shutting the unit off with a ball valve and then depressurizing the unit. With just four bolts the complete working mechanism comes out and can be serviced (see illustration). SERVICING THE SMART GUARD ULTRA The SMART GUARD ULTRA servicing work consists of shutting the unit off with a ball valve and then depressurizing the unit. The SMART GUARD ULTRA can be serviced while the inlet remains installed and connected to the pipe work. Easy access to all internal parts is made possible by loosening the four bolts.
