A VARIETY OF MOUNTING OPTIONS
Elkay sinks featuring Perfect Drain innovation are available in undermount, top-mount
and ADA-compliant models.
Undermount sinks allow for the edge lip of
the sink to be mounted below a solid-surface
countertop. The sink effectively hangs underneath the counter, as opposed to sitting on top
of it. This mounting option creates a continuous flow from countertop into sink.
A top-mount sink featuring Perfect Drain
is installed on top of a countertop. This means
the lip portion of the sink overlaps the countertop to provide a covered edge. Top-mount sinks
are great for two reasons-they are cost-effective due to less effort and labor to install, and
they provide a stainless steel border that enhances the beauty of stainless in your kitchen.
And, Elkay offers ADA-compliant sinks
featuring Perfect Drain. When properly installed, these sinks meet the
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines and ANSI A117.1
