The company uses a selective process when inviting decorative plumbing showrooms to display
its products. ROHL works with those willing to meet the guidelines of its
Authorized Showroom Program, which is built on a business foundation
whereby the company collaborates with the showrooms sharing sales and
profit data to make the best display, merchandising and marketing decisions
so that both partners benefit.
"We are not just bringing in our products, we are partnering with these
accounts,"explained Greg Rohl, ROHL's vice president of marketing."Once
the displays and product selections have been made and installed in their

showrooms, we work together to customize educational and marketing tools to support the local
market needs."
The company customizes each of its bespoke displays to meet the needs of
a specific showroom. As a result, premium position often gives the showroom
a flagship feel and assists ROHL with brand visibility. Product selections are
refreshed annually at a minimum, and the company pays close attention to
what is working on a showroom-by-showroom basis, implementing product
switch-outs as appropriate. Showrooms realize increased margins as a result.
To provide a more engaging experience for visitors, ROHL displays offer
working shower components and faucets. The ability to touch and feel the
products only happens in a brick-and-mortar showroom.
According to Mark Rohl, ROHL's vice president of sales, the company
supports its showrooms with an award-winning customer service department. This group of professionals is empowered with insights, knowledge
and the authority to solve virtually any concern that may arise, pre-, during or
post-sale to offer a resolution immediately.
