Lassonde Pappas knows its employees are engaged because it conducts an annual employee survey. "We execute a
detailed action plan to further improve engagement and respond to employee feedback," the company says. "This survey measures the employee net promoter score, a method
for measuring how willing the employees are to recommend
their workplace to friends, family and acquaintances. This
gives us a good indicator of how we can continually improve
the work environment for all our employees."
The company offers continuous learning programs and
experiences for its employees, which sets them up for longterm success. New hires are exposed on their first day to
all aspects of the business and the company focuses on
