Pizza King has been a one-of-a-kind success story in Indiana thanks to its

pizza, and that name is Pizza King. For more than 50 years, Pizza King
has been the only name in pizza for the state of Indiana, and the singular
success of the Pizza King brand can be seen in the legions of dedicated

The legend of Pizza King begins in 1956, when two brothers in Lafayette,
Ind., opened their first pizza restaurant under the Pizza
King name using an old family recipe. In 1958, one of the
brothers took the recipe and concept to Muncie, Ind., and
opened his own location. It was from there, according to
