Mallad explains. "One of the great things about Massage
Green Spa is that we've merged these two things for our
market. We're the best consumer value and have a robust
business model to go with it."

QUALITY LIFE
Aside from wanting to offer customers the best price value for a luxurious spa experience, Mallad also wanted to
help entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners achieve
their dreams of being self-employed through franchising.
"Being a franchisee for 10 different national chains, I was
blessed to witness others become financially free," Mallad
explains. "I thought it was a great way to help ambitious
people achieve their own dreams, and we created a concept that had a great business model in its simplicity. I was
able to give people the opportunity of having a quality life
with a quality business."
Once a franchisee signs, they are immediately welcomed
into the Massage Green Spa family through an onboarding
process led by several key players on the corporate team.
Franchisees participate in an extensive two-week training
course with the company's national director of training.
They are then offered guidance and insight into location
selection. Massage Green Spa ensures that locations are
strategically located at least three to five miles apart when
penetrating a market.
The franchisee receives support in every business function from the corporate team on an ongoing basis: construction, staffing, marketing and operations. "It's a continuous support system from the franchisor to the franchisee,
and having been a franchisee, we know how critical it is to
engage in great communication with our franchisees to accelerate our sales and our expansions," Mallad notes.
Ultimately, the franchisees learn from each other and
become successful thanks to the constant sharing of best
practices, which Mallad fosters between area developers
and franchisees, on areas such as training, marketing and
tapping the large network of vendors.
"I'm so very proud of the franchise community we have
been able to put together and proud to give them a business
model to be entrepreneurial under an established brand,"
Mallad says. "I'm proud to lead a company that franchisees,
vendors and employees all have a great opportunity to benefit from. To see my franchisees grow and continue to open
more locations is exciting as we move this company forward
and expand our national presence."
