Changing Culture
CTS is experiencing a culture change,
and that is something O'Sullivan emphasized since he started the reinvention process. He's increased the pace of
the company and aimed to have a more
global presence, especially in the European market in which the company has
identified growth opportunities. Thanks
to this, CTS has added two major customers in Europe over the last two years.

O'Sullivan says CTS has a solid
strategy to move the company forward. The company has a dashboard
for its vision for 2020 and where the
company needs to be by then in terms

of growth, product line, repositioning
and modernization. This ensures a
continued focus on organic and inorganic growth around the capabilities
of Sense, Connect and Move.
"We have a strategic plan with clear
milestones," O'Sullivan says. "We've
operated well on that the first two years,
but we can't let ourselves get too comfortable. We need to keep the focus and
drive that has helped us kick-start this
repositioning. This means more energy,
more innovation and more playing to win.
"I'm very appreciative of the support
from employees going forward as we
drive changes," he continues. "It's not
always easy. But I'm proud of the new
business we're booking for the future,
and I think we've got a good leadership
team. We've got a very strong and supportive board of directors. We all keep
each other on our toes." mt
