The company expects Cherry Grove to
be popular thanks to its close proximity to
interstates, a hospital and a variety of shop-
ping and dining options. Five floor plans
will be available.
Cherry Grove also has a sister product.
Kennington Carriage homes, located in
King William County, have similar design
features as Cherry Grove and start in the
low $200,000 category.These carriage-style
homes will be King County's first planned
