ness in the 1950s in Long Island, New York. The family-owned
company has been in the construction business ever since and
eventually the reins were passed to Lipsky's sons Barry and Eric.
In the 50 years since the duo took over, Lipsky Building Construction has completed nearly 400 public and commercial projects - such as schools, airports, and houses of worship, car dealerships and libraries - and 4,000 residential construction projects,
which include several high-end luxury homes in the Hamptons of
Long Island, N.Y.

Barry Lipsky says. "So what sets us apart from our competitors

comprised of residential work; however, we worked with the
government as well."

"This house has a very unique story," Senior Project Manager
Eddie Hasemann says. "We had been looking for a lot for months

down the road from where he was currently building. The owner at
the time was a summer resident and a pipe had burst in her house,
which ended up filling it with water after a few days because it was
not fixed. She asked my friend if he knew someone who could help
and he told her no, but knew someone who would buy it. So we
bought it from her."
The company started construction in 2014 and completed the
home in September 2015. The $10.9 million house has seven bedrooms, eight-and-half bathrooms, and many amenities, including a
