Founded by brothers Adam and Aaron Boenig, the Austin, Texas-based company's commitment to superior designs, quality craftsmanship and distinguished features is evident in every home it builds. Brohn Homes attributes it success to its organic growth, as it finances all of its projects without any outside capital, Managing Partner Adam Boenig says. "Aaron and I have been building relationships with local, regional banks offering construction lines of credit that we operate under since our company's formation," he explains. "We started off in 2002 building one home, for the 2017 year we will close roughly 270 homes. Boenig adds that he and his brother's creativity, from land planning all the way through to home design, has helped the company grow as well. "There are many submarkets within central Texas and since we are born and raised in Austin we know what those submarkets are," Boenig says. He notes that Brohn Homes is able to offer its clients a house that fits into a submarket that meets their needs. "For example, our Verrado project is more for the millennial buyer," Boenig says. "We know what they want, which are the modern, simple smart-space homes. And that's what we've delivered in that community." As Brohn Homes celebrates its 15-year anniversary this year, Boenig notes that he is most proud of the company's growth. "We started in 2002 with minimal investment from my brother and myself," he says. "Today, our brand is established, we're on the map and compete against all of the local, regional and national companies. That's not a problem for us as we enter communities where they are also located because we can design, think - move quicker - and create better than our competitors."
