Rick Earl founded Watercress Developments in 1990 to
build high-quality custom homes in a collaborative environment
always in its clients' best interests. "Our attention to detail, clients'
needs and close communication sets us apart," Earl says. "I think it's
the quality of listening to the client and asking insightful questions
that helps to draw forth their interests and needs, allowing these to
then be incorporated into their home."
The collaborative spirit of Watercress Developments led to the
development of its "round table design/build" process to attain the
highest level of results in a natural way. "Client communication and
working through design detail are critical prior to construction
beginning," Earl says. "Our role is to orchestrate this round table
approach, working with the client, architects, designers and trade
professionals to pull together pertinent input. We know the value
of collaboration and effective communication."
