RJM Homes maintains close relationships with its clients
from the moment a contract is signed through the new homeowner's first backyard barbecue and beyond.
"Our customer service sets us apart," Vice President Nick Bunner says. "We're not a production type of builder - we listen to
what people want and then help them build the house they need
for their family's lifestyle."
RJM communicates with its clients throughout the early planning stages as well as during permitting and construction. An example of this is RJM's "frame walk." Once the exterior walls have
been completed, customer service representatives and superintendents walk through the house with the client. "We walk through
the house with the plans and make sure what we are going to build
is what the customer wants," says Kim Bunner, president of the
company and Nick's wife. "We can make changes at a later point,
but that is the most cost-effective time to make them."
