RJM's clients on the initial design of their home. "We do what [clients] want us to do," Kim Bunner says. "If the drywall is up and you
want to move a wall, that's what's going to happen."
Examples of client-driven changes made to RJM's homes during
construction include relocating kitchens, building bathroom suites
unique to each person living in the home, and building in-house
bars and game rooms.
RJM's clients are sent progress photos weekly throughout the
projects, and RJM's customer service agents are available five days
a week to speak to clients. "We try to keep our customers very
involved in the process, which minimizes mistakes," Kim Bunner
says. "We try to be in contact with them at least once a week."
The company's dedication to its clients' needs has earned it a
positive reputation in its home market in Florida's Palm Beach,
Martin and Saint Lucie counties. "We get a lot of our projects
through word-of-mouth," she adds. "We've built for sisters, brothers and fathers of previous clients."
RJM's headquarters is located in West Palm Beach, where it also
has two model homes. The average price of an RJM custom home
is $320,000 to $800,000.
Later this year, RJM will open a new sales office and model
home in Port St. Lucie, Fla., one of the nation's fastest-growing

kept more affordable," Kim Bunner says.
RJM is thrilled to say they anticipate building at least 30 new
