Premier Manufacturing

	 Premier	 Manufacturing	 can	 modify	 its	 standard	 designs	and	create	new	products	built	to	customer	specifications.	"Rapid	conception	and	programming	is	essential	
to	shortening	the	development	of	production,"	it	adds.	
	 "Designs	are	created	using	our	3-D	CAD	software,	enabling	live,	interactive	design	reviews	which	our	customers	 can	 view	 without	 ever	 leaving	 your	 office,"	 Premier	
Manufacturing	 says.	 "We	 utilize	 industry	 leading	 software	such	as	SOLIDWORKS	to	create	production-ready	
drawings	automatically	from	3-D	models."	
	 The	 company's	 55,000-square-foot	 manufacturing	
facility	 is	 ISO	 9001	 and	 UL	 certified.	 Premier	 Manufacturing	 is	 also	 a	 certified	 National	 Women's	 Business	
Enterprise.	 The	 facility	 includes	 state-of-the-art	 CNC	
equipment	including	turret	punches,	which	can	be	used	
to	 blank	 out	 metal	 parts	 where	 special	 forming	 techniques	such	as	dimples,	louvers	and	lances	are	needed.			
	 Premier	 Manufacturing's	 CNC	 4,000-watt	 lasers	 are	
used	to	cut	several	types	of	material	such	as	carbon	steel,	
galvanized	steel,	stainless	steel	and	aluminum.	The	machines	can	accept	sheets	up	to	48-inches	by	120-inches	
in	 size.	 "Laser	 cutting	 offers	 a	 tool-less	 option	 to	 cut	
blanks	with	virtually	no	set	up	time,"	the	company	says.	
	 Blank	 sheet	 that	 are	 cut	 with	 lasers	 and/or	 punches	
are	 then	 bent	 and	 shaped	 using	 Premier	 Manufacturing's	CNC	press	brakes.	"Our	press	brakes	utilize	quick	
set-up	 tooling	 for	 fast	 and	 efficient	 set-ups,"	 Premier	
Manufacturing	 adds.	 "Our	 press	 brakes	 have	 up	 to	
8-axis	forming	capabilities,	which	allows	for	much	less	
handling	on	your	more	complex	parts.	With	our	many	
CNC	press	brake	machines,	we	are	capable	of	handling	
parts	of	all	shapes	and	sizes	from	less	than	0.25	inches	
up	to	146	inches	long."

screen	print	its	products.	The	company's	powder	paint	
line	 consists	 of	 a	 five-stage	 zinc	 phosphate	 pre-treatment	 system,	 which	 uses	 a	 single-track	 conveyor	 system	for	higher	volume	parts.		
	 "Our	 paint	 system	 exceeds	 GR487	 and	 IEEE	 powder	
coating	quality	standards,"	the	company	says.	"We	have	
the	ability	to	powder	coat	different	types	of	materials	including	carbon	steel,	aluminum	and	galvanized	steel."
	 The	 company	 stocks	 many	 different	 colors	 and	 textures	 of	 paints,	 which	 enables	 it	 to	 support	 quick	 lead	
times.	The	powder	paint	line	handles	parts	up	to	50	inches	wide,	120	inches	long	and	72	inches	tall.

small	 project	 such	 as	 mounting	 hinges	 on	 your	 enclosures	 to	 the	 large	 project	 where	 we	 fully	 integrate	 your	
enclosures	 for	 you,"	 the	 company	 says.	 "Our	 dedicated

Other Capabilities
Hardware	insertion	is	another	key	capability	of	Premier	
Manufacturing.	"Since	we	opened	our	doors	in	the	early	
2000's,	we	have	added	more	machines	as	the	need	for	additional	capacity	has	emerged,"	the	company	says.	"The	
latest	automated	equipment	addition	of	the	Haeger	One	
Touch-4e	 plays	 a	 large	 part	 in	 increasing	 productivity	
while	cutting	cost."
	 The	company	is	also	skilled	at	welding.	Premier	Manufacturing	offers	TIG,	MIG,	arc	and	resistance	spot	welding	for	carbon,	aluminum	and	stainless	steel.	Its	welders	
are	qualified	to	the	highest	AWS	Welding	Standards.
