This will keep all clients engaged, as they’ll be viewing and hearing the same material. • Avoid having workers vote on key decisions via e-mail at the end of sessions. Oftentimes, those decisions are best voted on face-to-face. • Virtual meetings are a solid way to celebrate accomplishments, brainstorm and align company goals. • It is best not to assume that silence on the other end means the workers accept what is being presented to them. It is crucial to ask for feedback.
