This tip helps to put everyone at ease, and in turn, helps forge a real human element. It makes people feel connected. Surely it is important to remember proper etiquette such as a punctual arrival, turning off a cell phone before entering a restaurant and welcoming the person with a firm handshake. Craddock stresses it is more than that. It is more than fretting about slurping noodles, or devouring lasagna and cheesecake while the person pecks at a salad.
