Motorists under age 18 may not talk on their mobile phones while driving even with a hands-free device. • Laguna Beach’s Mainline bus service consists of three fixed routes, operating six days a week, year round. (Mon.-Sat.) • During the festival season, you can take a free trolley with three routes through Laguna Beach. Check with the Visitors Center for times.
