In round numbers, the holding contains over 4,000 rolls of 35mm black-and-white film negatives (and their contact sheets), and like number of rolls of 35mm transparencies; there are about 150 sheet film negatives and 1,500 photographic prints (color and blackand-white) in various sizes. Enlarging and deepening the understanding of this artist is approximately 43 linear feet of letters, publications, printed ephemera, tape recordings, articles, notes, journals, and other accretions that are often the residue of a full and passionate career. The materials in the archive span the years 1968-2004.
