I've made a lot of cocktails and I taste drinks and experiment every day. Explain what you like and dislike. Don't be
afraid to take a risk-experiment, learn a little bit.
What do you appreciate most about the bar where you
work?

The guests! The people of Ann Arbor are educated, caring and kind. When someone sits down at your bar, what
makes them stand apart is how they treat you. That makes
all the difference.
