time! Besides slinging cocktails, Dooleys'
bartenders pour wine and draft beer, including several Michigan brews among the 20 taps.
"I love what I do," Frabotta says. "I have met some
lifelong friends along the way and have learned more
about life than I ever could've imagined!"

I don't use a jigger. I'm all about free pour. Every bartender should know their pours. I believe customers
like to see a bartender free pour [rather than use] a
measured jigger.

Do you use a jigger when making drinks?

What's your favorite liquor?

My favorite is vodka. There are so many flavors, and you
can do just about anything with it! It's very versatile.

My favorite drink recipe is simple, but good for a winter
time sniffle!
1¼ ounces of Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey
A few squeezed lemon wedges
Vernors original ginger soda
1 cinnamon stick
