vanilla and caramel flavors enhanced by the chemistry of the cream.

truly a "cream liqueur," your palate will be none the
wiser, merely your mind or your conscience.

Cream liqueurs can be enjoyed chilled, neat, on the
rocks, in coffee, or in an endless variety of cocktails-
even poured over ice cream or in desserts and other
recipes.

Truly unique, Amarula Cream Liqueur is sweet,
creamy and vibrantly fruity. It presents notes of caramel and peppery spice. The South African liqueur
comes from the fruit of the marula tree in sub-Saharan Africa. Elephants are nuts about this succulent,
nutritious fruit-they've even been known to ram the
tree to knock the fruit to the ground.
To make the liqueur base, the marula fruit is
crushed, the flesh separated from the skins, fermented like wine, then double distilled and matured in
small oak casks for two years. When the time is ripe,
it's blended with fresh cream.
If you have issues with cream, perhaps because
of lactose intolerance or vegetarian philosophies-
never fear!
Bailey's presents Almande, gluten-free and dairyfree almond-milk liqueur. Another brand, Almon-

1 ounce Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur
½ ounce vanilla liqueur
½ ounce butterscotch liqueur
1 ounce fresh cream
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a highball
glass full of ice. Garnish with half of a strawberry.

Bailey's Irish Coffee
2 ounces Baileys Original Irish Cream
6 ounces hot coffee
1 ounce Irish whiskey
1 dollop whipped cream (optional)
Combine Baileys, coffee and Irish whiskey in a tall Irish
coffee glass. Top with whipped cream.

Buffalo Float:
The Adult Root Beer Float
2 ounces Buffalo Trace Distillery Bourbon Cream
4 ounces root beer
Combine in glass and serve. For extra richness, pour
over a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Mayan Banana Split
2 ounces Maya Horchata
1 ounce banana liqueur
1 ounce vodka
Mix ingredients and garnish with banana slices.

Kama Sutra
2 ounces SomruS
1 ounces Chambord
3/4 ounces Green Chartreuse
Ice to shake
Fresh raspberries
In a shaker, combine SomruS, Chambord and Green
Chartreuse with ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a
Mayan Banana Split
