calls it "re-homing."
The exotic phase of
a child. She wanted to be a vet for her collection began four years ago
the longest time and is now a kind when she started her job at the pet
of vet nurse. Most of her animals clinic.

Meet Local Veterinarians,
Dr. Lindsay Karpinski and Dr. Jessica Cordle:
Lindsay Karpinski, DVM: "When I was 16 I started working at an
animal hospital in Northern Virginia. I literally grew up surrounded by veterinary medicine." Combining his passion for both
medicine and animals, Dr. Karpinski is constantly motivated to
expand his knowledge and skill set. Among his six pets are two
greyhounds, Sunny and Herbie, who hold a special place in his
heart. "Their uniqueness is only matched by their loyalty and
affection."
Jessica Cordle, DVM: "My mom still has a drawing of mine from
kindergarten saying 'I want to be a veteranarain (I almost got
the spelling right!).'" By the time she got to college, Dr. Cordle's
love of learning about science and medicine led her to a career
as a vet. In addition to providing top-quality care to her patients,
Dr. Cordle cares for four rescue pets, two cats and two dogs.
"They absolutely enrich my life and my children's lives."
