How will consumers spend their "windfall" from 2013? They'll pay down debt, make investments, book a vacation, make a major purchase, etc. Some will use at least a portion of their refund to cover general expenses. Maybe there is the silver lining. While vendors vying for those refund dollars are limitless and launch their campaigns early, why not suggest that your customers invest some of their tax refund on service or maintenance of their vehicles?
