Eaton's new GH001 A/C hose offers lowest refrigerant gas loss to help reduce global greenhouse gases Eaton has announced the launch of the new patent pending GH001, SAE J2064 Type E hose, which features nearly zero permeation, or potential refrigerant gas loss. The hose is constructed with two core tube layers. The ﬁrst is new dual extrusion veneer for excellent oil and refrigerant compatibility. The second core tube layer is bonded to the ﬁrst, keeping gases in the hose by providing near zero effusion. Many mobile applications, including front discharge cement mixers and motor graders, use very long lengths of A/C hose on both the pressure and suction side.
