heart disease-including smoking, obesity, diabetes, and high cholesterol
and blood pressure-can also increase your risk of dementia and cognitive decline. To keep both your heart and brain healthy, don't smoke,
maintain a healthy weight and take steps to keep your blood sugar,
cholesterol and blood pressure within recommended limits.
