St. Augustine man gets precise, fast cancer treatment with TrueBeam STx When Larry Buchanan was diagnosed with prostate cancer, he says it “came out of left ﬁeld.” A successful Realtor in St. Augustine, he initially sought treatment closer to his home on the northeast coast of Florida.
