He was awarded the prestigious Prix Charles Peignot in 2007, given every four years to a designer under 35 who has made “an outstanding contribution to the field of type design.” Christian Schwartz Blair Getz Mezibov Blair Getz Mezibov (“Mumbai Dreams,” page 72) was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, and attended the University of Michigan where he majored in English Literature and Fine Arts. He has contributed to publications such as T: The New York Times Style Magazine, GQ, GQ Style, The Robb Report and The Sunday Times Style Magazine. Blair is based in New York City. It’s designed to make the space between the characters as interesting as the space inside them. Its compact, contemporary look has a distinct personality. Martha Southgate Martha Southgate (“The Food Trap,” page 44) is a freelance writer and the author of four novels. Her newest, The Taste of Salt, was published in September 2011 and was named one of the best novels of the year by the San Francisco Chronicle and the Boston Globe. Before writing ﬁction, she was an entertainment journalist, interviewing the likes of Jeremy Irons, Leonardo DiCaprio (pre-Titanic) and a host of others.
