Justin Bergman Justin Bergman (“Hidden Hong Kong,” page 54) is a freelance writer and editor currently based in Shanghai. He’s the Shanghai correspondent for Monocle, covering affairs, business, culture and design stories in China. He’s also a regular contributor to TIME, The New York Times, and the Associated Press, among other publications.
