Our Experts Callie Belser CHRISTIE’S Callie Belser began her career in the auction business at Christie’s New York in 2003. In 2006, she was awarded an M.Litt with Distinction in the History of Art and Connoisseurship from the University of Glasgow, in association with Christie’s Education, London. After spending several years as an Account Manager in the Trusts, Estates & Appraisals department of another major New York auction house, Callie returned to Christie’s New York in 2008 as a specialist in the European Furniture department. Today, Callie is responsible for the Furniture portion of the 500 Years Sales and also contributes her expertise to Collections sales. TREASURY WINE ESTATES—BERINGER VINEYARDS Laurie Hook traces her aﬃnity for wine to her family’s roots in prerevolution French winemaking.
