Inspired by a legendary dragon and the curvy coastline of Vietnam, the
JW MARRIOTT HANOI will soon welcome guests to experience authentic and
personalized service in one of Asia’s most architecturally unique hotels. The hotel
sets the stage with a dramatic cantilevered structure and tranquil landscaping,
impressively set in the center of the city’s new business district. Conveniently located
near the National Convention Center, the hotel features 450 luxuriously appointed
guest rooms with exclusive lake and city views to complement 2,400 square meters
of event space. It is home to six restaurants and lounges, where an array of exquisite
and contemporary choices will allow guests to enjoy many of the region’s culinary
delights. On the top cantilevered floor, guests will find a wellness center complete
with a private spa and 24-hour fitness center as well as a uniquely suspended pool—
the first and only one in the country. The JW Marriott Hanoi will become Marriott’s
first luxury property in Vietnam when it opens in October 2013.

when it opened 102 years ago, will once again take Houston to new heights
when it emerges from a complete redevelopment to become the
JW MARRIOTT HOUSTON DOWNTOWN. The second JW Marriott hotel
in America’s fourth largest city will feature 323 thoughtfully appointed guest
rooms, a restaurant and full-service bar, spa, health club, an Executive
Lounge and 12,000 square feet of state-of-the-art meeting space. The
hotel, opening in the spring of 2014 in the center of downtown Houston,
will offer both business and leisure travelers the opportunity to experience
understated luxury in the heart of the the energy capital of the world.

Located strategically in the heart of Dongdaemun,
where Seoul’s vibrant entertainment, culture
and commerce converge, the JW MARRIOTT
DONGDAEMUN SQUARE SEOUL will become the
second JW hotel to welcome guests to South Korea’s
capital when it opens later this year. The hotel will
feature 170 guest rooms, including 15 suites, along
with an indoor lap pool, 24-hour fitness center and
full-service spa where guests can relax and indulge.
Guests can also embark on an epicurean journey that
includes the vaunted steakhouse BLT Steak, Tavolo 24,
The Lounge, the rooftop Griffin Bar (right) and Seoul
Baking Company. Shopaholics will love the hotel’s
location in Korea’s largest retail district, home to
