Before our delivery, we participated in childbirth classes and we were very impressed with the knowledge and demeanor of the nurses who taught the courses. All of the nurses seemed extremely friendly and willing to answer any questions openly and honestly. The classes were very comfortable and informative. As first-time parents, we were very glad that we took the classes and felt we learned a lot from them. I couldn't be happier with the staff at UM BWMC. When we were discharged, I was a bit sad to leave such a positive and supportive environment.
