Thank you for your time and interest in North Mississippi Medical Center and the work that we’re doing for the communities we serve. The 2011 Community Report shares ways that we’re working to fulfill our mission to improve the health of the people of our 24-county service area. The report reflects achievements related to our Critical Success Factors: People, Service, Quality, Financial and Growth. We hire and train our employees using our CARES values, and our leaders use a servant leadership approach and are guided by our values. Our employees’ dedication to our CARES values is evident through their participation in ongoing CARES training. In 2011, 99.7 percent of our work force participated in this training. We constantly strive to improve the level of service that we provide. After reading our report, we’d like your opinion on how we’re doing.
