“let’s eat,” offers a glimpse into this region’s extraordinary culinary heritage.
explore the Yucatan peninsula and its
vibrant collection of traditional flavors,
starting with an escorted tour to the
colorful Market 23, where you will be
able to explore and buy seasonal local
ingredients and fresh produce while
learning expert tips from our chef.
Then learn how to prepare popular local dishes such as Salbutes, panuchos
and cochinita pibil at our state-of-theart Viking culinary center.
The regional culinary Journey includes transportation to and from the
resort, an escorted tour to Market 23
and an interactive cooking lesson with
the culinary center chef. The experience is available Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday and Saturday, and accommodates between two and 12 guests. For
reservations, please dial extension 43.
reservations must be made two weeks
in advance. The price is $250 US per
person, excluding taxes.
