A guest at Sharq Village and Spa found himself in need of a traditional Scottish kilt for an official event but learned there were no kilts for sale in Qatar. His undeterred concierge, Rocellii, set out to find images of kilts online, visited local markets for the right fabric with her staff and transported the guest to a tailor to craft a kilt in time for the event.
