editor’s letter Let us stay with you I am always dazzled by the service I receive at The Ritz-Carlton hotels and resorts. On a recent getaway at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, in Miami, I commented to my husband in the elevator that I forgot my sunscreen. When I got back to my room, there was a bottle of sunblock on the dresser, along with a lovely note.
