BEIJING — A business traveler from Shanghai commented on the service she received while on a recent trip. A humidifier was placed in her room without her asking so she could rest more comfortably, as she was used to a different climate. Upon getting sick, the staff arranged for extra TLC for her through special room service requests, a fruit basket, keeping an eye on her wellbeing and arranging for an extended stay.
