Birch trees placed around the reception room make the space feel more like an exotic woodland. Cones of moss filled with seed-infused paper can be given to guests so they may shower the couple with a flurry of good wishes after the ceremony. Cupcakes with snowy mounds of butter cream feature handmade chocolate pine trees and crystallized sugar snowflakes. Each is wrapped in recycled paper and presented on a birch round.
