As safety manager of Coach USA, one of the area’s leading bus transportation companies, Collazo oversees the health and safety of drivers of motorcoach bus drivers who provide transportation for customers to and from Chicago airports. “Only the most qualified drivers are permitted behind the wheel,” says Collazo. “We require extensive training, and also require random drug testing and employee physicals to ensure they’re in top shape before hitting the roads.
