Ladies from Cedar Hill Steppers enjoyed the night out.
orth Mississippi Medical Center’s Spirit of Women kicked off 2011 with “Small Steps … Big Changes,” featuring Helen Phillips, winner of the seventh season competition on NBC’s hit show The Biggest Loser. At 48 years old, Phillips went from a size 22 to a size 2 and lost 54.47 percent of her body weight—breaking all The Biggest Loser’s past six seasons’ records for age and percentage of weight loss. Phillips told the audience it’s never too late to change, declaring, “You can change your life even in the middle of it.”
Helen Phillips’ original Biggest Loser T-shirt is big enough for two now.
