The good news is that PMC already uses the cost-reducing and efficiency-boosting Lean Six Sigma program, in place here for many years. Teams within the hospital are led by Lean Six Sigma-trained black belt and green belt care partners. Projects focus on eliminating waste and improving how we do things.
