He completed an internship and residency at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. Board certified in internal medicine, Bayazed is the medical director of the hospitalist program at CMH. He previously worked at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Mo. SWANN, D.O., is a graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Kirksville, Mo. He completed an internship at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. and a preceptorship in dermatology under Don Koprince, D.O., in Royal Oak, Mich. Swann is board-certified in dermatology, and his practice includes adult and child dermatology; skin cancer and precancerous growth including melanoma; acne, warts and psoriasis; lesion removal; full-body skin examinations; skin rashes in adults and children; allergic skin disorders; blistering skin diseases; pigmentary disorders and viral and fungal infections of the skin.
