This interactive Web portal empowers patients and their families to take a more active role in their care by providing easy, secure access to their health information and the ability to communicate online with CMH staff. "The best way to communicate with me between visits is with MyChart Messages. AT YOUR FINGERTIPS MyChart includes laboratory and radiology results, medications, allergies, visit history, patient summary and educational information. Online bill pay is also available. In addition to handling their own care, parents and those who have health care proxies with authorized consent will appreciate the ability to access the records of individuals for whom they manage care. MyChart allows you to schedule and track your appointments online. You can request appointments and receive an email conﬁrmation when the appointment is scheduled.
