SB 419: Requires heightened levels of

HB 1359: Requires associations to
annually inform unit owners of the association's FHA approval status and expiration date regarding same. Currently

HB 1522: Introduces the potential of
personal liability against board members

There is much activity continuing
regarding the New Hampshire Condo-

minium Act. The New Hampshire Legislative Action Committee (NHLAC)
has appeared for hearings in Concord as
well as submitted written documentation in which we support the legislation
helpful to associations and oppose that
which we believe would be problematic.
With the goal of working cooperatively
with the legislature, members of the
NHLAC have also provided suggested
changes aimed at resolving some of the
difficulties that we believe are presented
by some of the bills.
