Business Partners Essentials Course
Live Training and Manager Reception Set for June 21
Education is the foundation of CAI's mission and the
Business Partners Essentials Course will help member
business partners better understand CAI, community associations, managers and board members, and the industry at large.
The chapter will host the second Business Partners Essentials Course in Natick, Mass., on June 21 from 3-5 p.m.,
followed by a reception with professional managers attending
the M203 Community Leadership program held the same day.
Individuals who complete the program and maintain CAI
membership through their company earn the CAI Educated
Business Partner (EBP) distinction, gaining special recognition that differentiates them among the thousands of professionals in the competitive community association marketplace.

Mark Your Calendar: Saturday, Oct. 27, in Burlington, Mass.
The most anticipated event on the CAI-NE chapter calendar
is the Annual Condo Conference & Expo scheduled this year
for Oct. 27 and returning to the Marriott Hotel in Burlington,
Mass. Hundreds of condominium board members and managers attend each year seeking professional advice, helpful
resources, and qualified vendors to assist them in addressing
issues in their communities.
The full-day conference will include an exhibit hall filled
with industry suppliers and professionals, presentations and
panel discussions by experienced industry speakers, and
breakfast and lunch for all attendees.
