Technology often plays a role in that high performance. That’s why those who implement a dedicated talent management solution must ensure they are getting full value from the new system. F or some, the prospect of an enterprisewide technology implementation is daunting. They often are seen as risky undertakings that eat valuable time and resources, and determining whether a project is a success can be difficult.
