Foland to its board of directors. Lawson Software has expanded its human capital management leadership team with the appointment of Jennifer Langer as global director of HCM product management. Symbio Solutions, Inc., a provider of staffing for the healthcare industry, has promoted Joe Cole to chief information officer. Cole’s promotion comes on the heels of the retirement of Symbio’s chief technology officer, Bob Campbell. iLink Systems Inc, has hired Anand Gaddum as director of their Healthcare Practice. Medtronic, Inc. announced that its board of directors unanimously voted to elect Victor Dzau, MD., chancellor for Health Affairs at Duke University and president and CEO of the Duke University Health System, to the board as an independent director. PharmaCentra, has added Philip Luby to its leadership team. OneOncology Inc., has promoted Matthew McBride to director of information and technology. Dairyland Healthcare Solutions has appointed healthcare IT veteran Carl Witonsky to its board of directors, effective immediately. Connectyx Technologies, Inc. has added three significant members to its management team. Al Forcella has been added as vice president of business development, Kevin Krumm Larry Fagan has been added as director of sales and Lisa Merkow has been added as director of marketing. Minnetonix Inc. announced that Kevin Krumm has joined the company as chief financial officer. The addition of Krumm will allow Minnetronix co-founder and former CFO, Jon Pierce, to focus solely on his role as chief .operating officer. Simtrol, Inc., a device management software company, announced that Lee D. Wilder has joined its board of directors. Medication Management Systems has appointed Nathan J. Schultz, Pharm.D. Girish T. Hagan to the newly created executive position of president and chief operating officer. Deborah A. Williams has joined the Premier healthcare alliance as senior director of supplier diversity. Toshiba America Medical Systems, Inc., announced that Girish T. Hagan has been named vice president, marketing, to increase Toshiba’s marketing capabilities and expertise in the diagnostic imaging marketplace. The board of directors of Magellan Health Services named René Lerer, MD, president and chief executive officer, effective immediately. Lerer succeeds Steven J. Shulman, who will continue to serve as non-executive chairman of the board. Additional executive appointments include Eric S. Reimer who will lead the company’s strategic development and mergers and acquisitions effort, and Tina M. Blasi, who has joined the company as CEO of National Imaging Associates, succeeding Reimer. Aspyra, Inc., announced that Jim Zierick has joined the company as interim chief executive officer. CEO and chairman Roger Girard has left IsoRay. Replacing Girard as chairman and interim CEO is Dwight Babcock, who has been a member of the company’s board of directors. The company also announced that board member Robert Kauffman has accepted a position as vice chairman, and vice president of marketing. Lori Woods will be acting chief operating officer.
