Melrose, who is retiring from the company’s board of directors. Total Medical Solutions has promoted Kevin T. Glennon to executive director of clinical services. Phase Forward Inc. revealed that Rodger Weismann will retire as chief financial officer of the company effective on June 1. Christopher Menard, currently William R. Beyer Phase Forward’s vice president of finance, will succeed Weismann as CFO. Weismann will serve in a part-time capacity as adviser to the CEO in a variety of areas, including strategic planning and corporate development.
