The Worcester-based Fallon Clinic has appointed family physician Jack M. Dutzar, MD, as its new president and CEO. He takes over for Stephen Pezzella, MD, who has been the practice’s acting president since 2006. Pezzella will continue to serve Fallon as chairman of its board of trustees. URAC announced the appointment of Joann Genovich-Richards, to serve as the organization’s first vice president of research and measurement. NextNine announced that Tomer Bogin has joined the company as chief operations officer and Nimrod Reichenberg as vice president of marketing. Phase Forward a provider of data management solutions for clinical trials and drug safety, has appointed Russell J. Campanello as senior vice president, human resources and administration. Telemedicus, Inc. has added Russell Wade Hohlt, MD, to its scientific advisory board. Hohlt joins David Mueller as the second member named to the panel. Universal Hospital Services, Inc., has named three healthcare veterans to its board, Mark M. McKenna, Barry P. Schochet and David Crane. Michael House has joined Greencastle Consulting as a senior project manage- Michael House ment consultant. House will be based in the New York Metropolitan area. Unibased Systems Architecture, Inc.’s founder and Chairman Barry M. Rundquist is retiring for personal reasons after 22 years.
