Mark Strauss has joined WorkflowOne as vice president of business development for SAP. THINK FIRST, a healthcare solutions provider, appointed Brenda Falls as vice president, professional services. Falls assumes responsibility for the on-time and on-budget delivery of products and services for THINK FIRST clients Mark Strauss nationwide. TriZetto Group Inc. Chief Financial Officer Bob Barbieri has left the company for personal reasons. TriZetto named Carl Long to the post of corporate controller, to the principal accounting officer post. The Patient Centered Primary Care Collaborative has named John Agwunobi, MD, senior vice president and president of health and wellness for Wal-Mart, and David Nace, MD, vice president and chief medical officer at McKesson Health Craig L. Urbauer Solutions, as co-chairmen of its Center for eHealth Information Adoption and Exchange. In that capacity, Agwunobi and Nace will lead more than 30 center members representing business, insurers, consumers and primary care organizations in the effort to promote the broad adoption of health information technology in private practice and among community practitioners. MRO Corp. has appointed Stephen Hynes to the position of interim CEO. He succeeds Jerry Baker, who is leaving MRO. Fletcher Allen Health Care named Charles Podesta as CIO. Podesta will oversee the implementation of an electronic health records systems from Epic Systems Corp. John Bennett Jr., MD, will become president and chief executive officer of Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan, Albany, N.Y., a physician-founded health plan with more than 400,000 members. Long Term Care Group has hired Paul Kay as senior vice president of information technology and CIO. Brian Nairn, CEO of Elsevier Health Sciences, is retiring from the company. Michael Hansen, the former CEO of Harcourt Assessment Inc., has been appointed to succeed Nairn. MediVoice has appointed Edward J. Zecchini as its chief operating officer and chief technology officer. Eclipsys named John T. Casey, chairman, Medcath Corp., and Craig Macnab, chief Brenda Falls executive officer and a member of the board of directors of National Retail Properties, to the Eclipsys board of directors. ikaSystems, a provider of Web-based software solutions for the managed care enterprise, appointed Robert S.
