Alice Rosenblatt, WellPoint’s chief actuary, plans to retire during the second half of 2008, at which time Cindy Miller will be appointed chief actuary. John S. Watts Jr. has resigned as president and CEO of the commercial and consumer business unit, effective this month. He will remain with the company until the end of 2007.
